IT Outside Sales Representative
Ease is looking for a strong IT Sales Rep that is not only a hunter but also a nurturer. We are in the process of partnering with a number of Fortune 500 companies to build an integrated workforce solution. We need a person that is eager self-directed and capable of creating something new and isn’t intimidated by a fast-paced work environment with high-growth demands.
We would like for this person to be based in Arizona with our newest team to collaborate and expand within the Greater Phoenix and California markets. This role will be remote but we will have periodic meetings in person at our satellite offices.

You will work as an ambassador and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on your assigned territory. You must be able to go into a new market to establish new relationships, build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.
You will not be going into this mission alone as you will have the support of a strong product marketing team to educate and nurture your customers to reduce your sales cycle and to help you retain customers.
Being organized is the number one rule to being an effective outside sales representative - the day consists of discovery calls, research, product demos, follow-up calls, training, and much more. Although the title entails being in the field most of the time, the best representatives are able to manage both in-house and fieldwork.
Compensation: $70,000 to $150,000 based on experience & commissions
