EASE offers A predictive freelance management system that gives organizations access to a tailored and screened pool of on-demand remote talent.

This position devises and executes social media video production for EASE on a broad range of platforms to increase both clients and Ease online presence improving marketing efforts. Works collaboratively with various departments to create a comprehensive overall strategy. Start to finish video production.

• Can work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
• Working collaboratively across teams, shoot and edit video and audio content and deliver final video product to the required platform specifications, from extensive video-based certification training, teasers, documentary-style Partner profiles, to event kickoff/highlight pieces and promo ads.
• Ability to think creatively and critically to capture the elements needed to tell a compelling story
• Drive production outputs through effective management of project plans and budgets
• Ability to scope projects, create timelines, and manage resources

• At least 5 years of video production experience, including commensurate or additional years of experience with digital video cameras, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder and video compression/upload in FLV, MP4 and MOV or AVI.
• Experience creating engaging videos to be distributed on social channels (Especially YouTube and Instagram)
• Project management experience and can take a project (or individual video) from start to finish.
• Creativity with a wealth of fun, creative ideas

• Proven understanding of best practices and tools used in video production and asset management
• Strong motion graphics and title design expertise with an acute eye for detail
• Solid foundation in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong visual skills, including an eye for good lighting, shot composition, and use of color
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and communicate progress and expected milestones.
• Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. A typical qualifying background would include the completion of a program of film study at an accredited institution or comparable practical experience.
